Princess Tutu fanart, done as a request from tumblr. They asked for a Fakir and Ahiru in Harvest Moon setting, so I came up with this~

I had a lot of fun with it. Ahiru is definitely a clumsy, derpy, and adorable farmer girl type, who probably has most of the bachelors in town already liking her a lot due to her cheerful, kind, and helpful nature.

…All except the tsundere and aloof writer!bachelor Fakir, who doesn’t understand why she always bounces over to greet him when he passes by her farm. But he’s warming up to her little by little. :D When they’re not having an argument, anyway.

It’s not the exact image I had in my head, but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. Hope you enjoy~!

This was done completely in Photoshop 7.0 using my new tablet.

Fakir and Ahiru are not my characters. They belong to the wonderful Itoh Ikuko and HAL Films.

Much of it has indeed inspired many. Unfortunately, I have a lot of other ideas that I would like to try. Others... I'll probably scrap and keep to myself. :)
