This is yet another Princess Tutu fanart and was a Christmas gift to my friend Haley. This is a character that appears in the second half of the series - a rather mysterious guy who lurks in the library and later reveals himself to be like...obsessed with Drosselmeyer and the writing powers. And although unwillingly at first (as he's jealous of Fakir being the "chosen" one), he helps Fakir write and advises him through Act 21 to the end. Anyway, I'm well aware that Haley adores Autor and even though he's not a favorite of mine and I've drawn him a total of....two or three times in passing, I decided to roll up my sleeves and give it my best shot. This is the first time I've done a color piece of him or with him in it.

For whatever reason, I had a lot of trouble thinking of a concept for him. And somehow or another, I ended up taking his glasses off (which I'm sure is a rarity). I figured that if Autor willingly took his glasses off, he'd either be...going to bed, or cleaning them or something. The latter made sense to me, so I went with it. I did, however, chicken out on the hands since I couldn't draw them right, thus they're hiding under the cloth for the most part. XD; Also, special thanks to Kristen for telling me his eye color. The screenshots were giving me a headache, since the scene lightings seemed to be changing his eye color constantly. >>;
